Slurry Knife Gate Valve Manufacturer and Supplier
The replaceable integrated elastic sleeve is the core core design. When the valve closes, the blade squeezes two sets of wear-resistant sleeves to form full perimeter sealing; when open, the sleeves retract to fit the pipeline inner wall without recesses for slurry deposition. Unlike wedge gate valves with internal dead cavities, this structure completely avoids particle jamming.
Precision lapped blade edge and hardened overlay greatly extend service life in tailings, coal slurry and pulp pipelines. Wafer, lug and flanged end connections simplify pipeline installation without extra space occupation. Manual, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic actuation are all optional with integrated limit switches and HART positioners for automatic slurry process control.
