I. Analysis of Core Product Features

(A) Double Eccentric Sealing Structure Design

TIANYU butterfly valve adopts a double eccentric design, where the rotation center of the disc is offset from both the pipeline center and the sealing surface center. This structure makes the disc disengage from the seat instantly during opening, reducing friction and wear. During closing, as the angle changes, the disc gradually compresses the sealing surface to achieve zero-leakage sealing. Tested at PN16 pressure, the leakage rate is below 1×10⁻¹⁰m³/s, meeting the API 598 Class VI sealing standard, suitable for high-demand media control such as flammable and explosive substances.
