TianYu Trunnion Mounted Ball Valve is a type of ball valve with a fixed ball supported by trunnions, or pivots, at the top and bottom, providing stability and reducing the torque required to operate the valve. The ball is fixed by a stem and trunnion, and the seats are a spring-loaded assembly of seat retainer (Metal) and seat insert (Soft). Under low pressure the spring will force the seat to ball and when under high pressure, the fluid will push the seats to seal. Compared with floating valves, it has a wider size and pressure range, with lower operation torque which can save the actuator cost.
